Can You Make Money With Money Matrixes?

You may have heard of "reward sites" or "money matrix sites" as a way to make money online. With the hundreds of thousands of people out there trying to make money online, new get-paid-to schemes are tested all over the web as quickly as they can be invented. Money matrices are the new make-money-online schemes that have been popping up all over the net. Well, TreasureTrainer decided to comb the web to see what people were saying. Here's a summary: it's a dirty rotten scam.

A money matrix site will promise you a really great free product (like a laptop computer or an X-box) for spending 30 or 40 dollars on a not-as-great product, like a cell phone signal booster. A few people will get their laptop. The majority usually won't.

What happens is the people who sign up for the signal booster are placed on a waiting list for the laptop. Since the laptop is technically a "gift", these reward sites are not actually required to send it to you with the signal booster. Usually, money matrices will only send you the gift after 100 people have bought the signal booster after you. So unless you are one of the first to sign up with the money matrix site, the chances of you ever seeing your free laptop are pretty low. The hundred-person waiting list is the money matrix site's way of ensuring that they make a buck off the promotion.

There's a lesson to be learned here. Everyone is trying to make money online. Giving away free laptops is not the best way to do that. If you see a promotion offering free items, stop and ask yourself, "does this sound worth it for the company?" If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
